The synthetic tests show pretty much what we would expect in terms of how the FX compares to the normal Athlon64 and the X2. In all tests the FX57 is placed between the two other Athlons. Comparing the FX57 to the P4 3.46EE shows the Athlon performing above the Intel chip in the majority of testing, only the memory bandwidth test is a particularly strong win for the P4 (due of course to the ultra fast DDR2-667 used in the p4 test system).
