Final Thoughts

After using this power supply for the last two weeks in my test system I would not have any hesitations about recommending this to the majority of end users. We only had a single Radeon X1900XT and no Crossfire setup this time around, but in our testing, the iGreen 500W PSU met all of our expectations. The only minor issue I could point out would be a slight fluctuation on the 5v rail.

Based on the results of our stress testing and the beautiful polished finish of the casing, the Cooler Master iGreen is an award winning Editor’s Choice product. These power supplies are available in three power ranges. The 430 watt retails for $89.99 USD, the 500 watt that we reviewed goes for $119.99 USD and finally the 600 watt unit costs around $149.99.

What do these awards mean?
