Final Thoughts and Conclusion

What we did like

The quality of the NZXT Hush is the best point of the case, even though the case is made out of steel, it is exceptionally light and also strong and sturdy. The paint job is remarkable as well since every side of the case is perfectly sprayed, making it smooth and reflective. Little details such as the magnetic door latch, metallic door hinges, rubber feet (which absorb vibrations) and the re-usable expansion card covers result into a very balanced and high quality construction.

What we would like to see improved

Besides the missing front eSATA port and the little room the Hush provides for hiding cables, there aren’t any great disadvantages that we can think of. Perhaps the price could be slightly reduced, however there are many steel cases which cost considerably more than the Hush.

Who we would recommend it to

The NZXT Hush is a very well balanced PC case. Above all it is designed to be as quiet as possible, but the overall quality and design is excellent. It is extremely lightweight, very sturdy and roomy enough to house a considerable number of components.

The design is attractive without being extreme, a strong point of NZXT chassis, so it should appeal to many enthusiast users. The excellent paint job and little details such as the metallic hinges are the icing on the cake.

The NZXT HUSH continues the tradition of NZXT leading the way with beautiful chassis design coupled with excellent engineering and will be sure to appeal to many discerning enthusiast users.
