Gainward Bliss 8800 GTS 640Mb
Above is the packaging for Gainwards Bliss 8800 GTS, one glaring omission on the box is a lack of clock speed information, this could prove troublesome if a user was browsing in a store.
The Gainward bundle is very thorough. Video connectors are included along with the driver CD and power convertor for those with older PSU’s. What we also have here is a Cyberlink bundle which includes DVD solution and Power DVD 6.
As with the XFX GTS board on the previous page the Gainward model exactly follows the reference 8800 design (96 shader processors) and so has SLI support, HDTV/HDCP support and dual slot cooler. The one major difference between this and the other card on a hardware level is that the Gainward card features 640Mb of DDR3.
The clock speeds of this card are as follows:
Core Clock: 512MHz
Shader Clock: 1188MHz
Memory Clock: 1600MHz
Like the XFX card on the previous page Gainward use memory rated at 800MHZ (1.8v, Cas 11, K4J52324QE-BC12), meaning for the Bliss product it's running as specified by Samsung.
