Introduction: We recently had the chance to look at one of Aspire’s (makers of the popular X-Dreamer II case) top of the line chassis, the X-Navigator ATXA8NW-AL/500. This case features a rich amount of features aside from its aluminum body. It includes a windowed side door with 120mm UV blue LED fan, changeable faceplates, front LCD temperature display and fan control, 500-watt power supply, four 80mm UV blue LED case fans and a whole lot more.
The Aspire X-Navigator’s retail box comes in a fetching design. On the front, there is an illustration of all the possible color configurations of the X-Navigator. On the rear are images of the vast array of features the case has.
The Aspire X-Navigator comes packaged in a large plastic bag to protect the chassis from any possible scratching during shipping. The windowed side-panel has a protective plastic sheet on either side of the window.
Above right are the included accessories with the X-Navigator. The accessories include two interchangeable faceplates (plus the one already on the chassis) and hardware such as screws and motherboard mounts. Features/Specifications:
Here we can see the X-Navigator’s front bezel and door. The front bezel includes an LCD temperature readout for both a hard drive and processor and fan speed controller. You will note a protective plastic cover is also on the entire front of the X-Navigator to prevent damage to the bezel/door and temperature readout and fan speed controller.
