You could try downloading an older driver, that might work. As for the driver number I would not know it, but there are others who come to this site who might if you hang around a bit.

You could try the original driver from the installation cd, otherwise contacting Nvidia might help. Personally I'd say that the updated driver no longer supports that card.

On a 32bit OS it is programmed to utilize 3-3.5GB of memory at it's maximum. If you want to utilize all available memory you will need to install a 64bit OS. As Windows XP x64 is being phased out...
