Anyways, getting off topic.


Anybody building a new system now would have a hard time FINDING an IDE drive. So, Yeah!

should work fine, however, depending on the xeon, it may have been better to just buy a standard i7 as xeons tend to all be completely locked...

they also demand a premium over the standard i7s
