The three 180mm fans at the bottom suck in cool air which exits thru the vents and thru the 120mm fan located at the top.

The cool air is drawn up from the 3 180mm fans, cooling the hard drives, CPU and video cards simultaneously, while the heat rises out from the video cards vents /PCI expansion vents and through the 90 degree rear fan but also the PSU will capture the cool air and exghaust it from the back in the upward posision.
