Eventhough he was born with his organs misplaced, Mr. Raven RV01 has always been a healthy man. He doesn't smoke, and is in a good condition. Therefore the air he breathe is circulated through his lungs with undescribable force, delivering oxygen to even the smallest vessels and organs in his body.

Sadly, one day Mr. Raven RV01 was attacked by a mad, knife artist who sculpted his body in ways that you can't imagine! Since this day he has been suffering from excessive ventilation, and his family and friends do now call him Raven RV02..


Amazing as it may seem, his lungs are still functioning properly, and the air? Yes, it still flows the same way as always:

The Air Flow in the Raven RV02 chassis is upwards, bottom to the top because of two very improtant reasons. First, three bottom 180mm rear (bottom) fans, which is sucking air into the case and one 120mm fan pushing that hot air out of the case. The second reason is the motherboard is turned into 90 degrees which makes the hot air raise, like video cards which well be colder now because of this motherboard is twisted to a 90 degree.

Meening, Humans have air "flow" from top, to bottom () while the RV02 flows from bottom -> up..

Maybe one day computer chasis will have the same wirflows like humans

Since both the hot air and cold air are at the same pressure(atmospheric pressure), by the ideal gas laws, the same mass of hot air would occupy more space than the cold air. That means that the mass per unit volume, which is density, is smaller. By fluid mechanics, less dense objects float on top of denser objects, and so the hot air floats.

However, after much testing the engineers of the RV02 came to the conclusion that nature and physics alone weren't enough. So they decided to add some kinetic energy to the process without going against the physics that were already present.

They came up with 3 supplliers of kinetic energy and installed them into the bottom of the surrounding space enclosing the mass of air that was rapidly heating up. On top of that they provided an exit for the rising hot air onto the top of the enclosure which in turn adds some more kinetic energy.

The result was a harmony of physics and a bloody well vented RV02.
