Recommend one for this....
Hi,
after upgrading my main rig I have some leftovers here, namely a Athlon64 3000+ Winnie and a Gig of PQI 2-2-2-4 DDR400 RAM. I think this would make for a fine little machine to play with Linux or something. Can you guys recommend one of those SFF? It should be a silent system and be able to hook up the 3000+. Thanks |

....and is this going to be a traditional "PC", or a "media center" machine?

Hmmm actually I don't really know yet. I use my main rig for gaming but I wouldn't want to leave out the option to connect the new machine to my TV from time to time to play some game. But I don't see this as the main priority. I would consider the SFF machine as a multi purpose machine.
