Utility to print SoundFonts presets names/Banks

I'm looking for a way to print or make a text file of the presets used in a large 244MB SoundFont. I can print one with Vienna but it contains all the information about the SoundFont which would be 160 pages long. All I want to print is the Preset name, the Bank number, and the Preset number. I need this so it would be easier to know if there is an alternate preset in another Bank than 000 for the ones in a GM SoundFont, and have that printed list as a reference.
