Select midi playback device under vista

Hi!

About...two months ago, I switched over to Vista. (There's no way back, sold my XP Package.) And I recently noticed that I'm not able to select my midi playback device. Therefore I'm asking you if there's any solution to this problem. It doesn't matter if it's an extra program, a registry hack or a patch or something else. I just want something which can solve that problem.
