MIDI ports from SB audigy platinum don't work :(

HI all,

Since my EES midi interface ports are all in use , i tried to use the midi in & out at the frontpannel of my SB audigy platinum... but it seems their dead.. do i have to activate them ?!? how do have to do this ?

im using logic audio.
there are 3 "midi interfaces" from the SB selectable in the menu..

kx control sb0090 10k2 d000
kx uart sb0090 10k2 d000
kx uart2 sb0090 10k2 d000

i tried all of them but theres no midi signal comming out of the ports

can any1 help me pls?
