Hearing and Recording Midi
I have a Soundblaster Audigy sound card and have installed the KX Project drivers. I use Guitar Pro 4 to program Drums and Bass for recording purposes (cool edit pro). The problem is that with the KX Drivers installed I can neither hear or record Midi sound. If I reinstall the SB drivers everything is fine.
In the master section the midi/synth controller is not muted and set at 100%. Is there a setting in the KX mixer that I'm missing, or is there something else I need to install? Thanks

> I can neither hear
1. Load any soundfont first (there's no soundfont loaded by default as in creative). 2. Ensure that output device is set to either kX Synth or kX Synth2.

SoundFont is the sound/sample/instrument bank used by Live's/Audigy's MIDI Synthesizer... If you had original drivers installed before then you can find default General MIDI soundfonts in your windows system/system32 directory ('*.sf2' files)... Also there're a billion of free soundfont banks in the net... Load them with "kX SoundFont"
