MIDI Controller Problem
Hello,
I have a strange MIDI problem with my drivers. My soundcard is Audigy 2 ZS and the driver version is 3545. I have a Technics KN1000 keyboard connected to the soundcard via MIDI port. Everything is fine, I can get note inputs from the keyboard. Strange thing is, I can't get any other CCs from the keyboard, which means I can't use the modulation wheel and pitch bend. I have tried MIDIOX but it does not display any data when I tweak that wheels. This problem did not happen with the old drivers. (I can't remember which, but there was no UART or UART2) Am I missing something here? Thanks in advance. |

Re: MIDI Controller Problem
Dear friends, I'm an idiot.
I have been trying to fix the problem for a month and asking here was the final resort. It was a simple setting in my MIDI keyboard. I wonder how did got changed by itself... Problem solved.

Re: MIDI Controller Problem
The OP made 2 posts only... I doubts they will see your question, and it would be helpful only to those who have that specific keyboard...?? Do you have this keyboard as well?
A quick look in the manual for that keyboard shows that there is a 'note only' mode in its MIDI settings... that would be my guess. Tho his choice of forum was not really appropriate, as his question had nothing to do with soundfonts - it was more 'MIDI' related - and isnt really the same thing. |
