How to set a channel other than 10 to a drum channel?

Is it possible to set a channel other than 10 to a drum channel, so I could select percussive presets? I am using Logic Audio 5.5

If you're using soundfonts, you may program your soundfont to have the drums on any channel. You'd have to use a soundfont editor thogh or get a drum soundfont that already has drums on other channel.
