5-pin Mini to Standard MIDI DIN adapter
Does any one know where I can purchase a couple of 5-pin Mini to Standard MIDI DIN adapters? I just picked up a used Audigy 2ZS I/O panel, and it doesn't come with any cables or any thing.
I need these adapters to hook up my hardware synth. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I did a quick ebay search just to see if anybody had them and found a few.... scary prices too....

And here, I've got extras as I rarely use them....... I still hook up my MIDI keyboard through the joystick port.


If you can't find any at a reasonable cost, let me know, I'm pretty sure I have 2 pairs of these....... (I'm not looking to sell them but I'd let a pair go pretty cheap + shipping.)

Good day. All i could find is the one listing for 30 bucks per one cable. And another site in Britain for an even more outrageous price. Holy crap! All I paid for the I/O panel was 25. I too use the game port / midi on the back of my card, but I have two synths.
If you could sell me a couple of those adapters at a reasonable price I would be very greatfull. If you have a PayPal Account that could make for a smooth transaction. Or I could even send a money order. PM me with the details please. Thanks. Happy New Year!

What a great place this forum is!
I would like to publicly thank Mr.Tyrsonswood for helping me out, by sending me brand new midi adapters. Hell of a nice person and a damn good musician also!
With people like this in the KX community, I will use these drivers and sound cards as long as possible.
Not only did Tyrsonswood save me a substancial chunk of change, he has made me feel good about life in general. Damn I now have a tear in my eye
