The old crack/pop problem... 'elp!

Hi.

I installed the KX Project drivers this afternoon after finally losing patience with the Creative ASIO drivers. I'm running Logic Plat 5.10 with Edirol Orchestral VSTi, a couple of soundfonts and an Audigy 2 soundcard.

The latency problems I was having with some VSTi sounds have been fixed by the KX and this is good! However, the cracks and pops have now started whenever I use VSTi or some Soundfonts. This has never been an issue before and I haven't changed anything else.

So far I've increased the buffer settings, switched my AMD Athlon processor to Background Services but no results. Intersingly, I tried increased the latency but it won't let me. When I try to increase the hardware accelaration I find that the KX drivers won't let me into the advanced recording properties through the control panel. I'm running XP professional.

Any further advice would be greatly appreciated!

Update: This is actually happening with all of my audio. I've just played a standard audio file on my computer through media player and the clips are the same. I think I'll start looking for the uninstall options!
