anyone using cakewalk pro audio?

i got it to hear and record (cakewalk pro audio is NOT ASIO).
but 1 ISSUE . I can use just 1 of the 4-AUDIO-drivers (0/1 ,and so on).
IF i use more than 1 at the same time, i get an awful sound, flanged and distorted..
anyone has it also?

ps:switching SONAR is out of question for me,i tried many times but i hate it at all ,even if asio compliant ..not for me at all.

Yes, but using more then one kX Wave Out channel causes timing/syncing errors.
It's best to use one kX input and one kX out. Choose kX Wave 0/1 for both.
Also using only 48khz projects helps.

No, only timing errors.
Looks like you mixed those outputs together somewhere, causing flanging
and clipping.

Same hear. I used CW9 for years, was very disapointed in Sonar,
switched to Cubase SX in the end.

I dont like cakewalk, Acid Pro 4.0 or Sound Forge 7.0 are better choices.

ok sorry i've not started a pool, just asking if someone else solves those problems.
----------------------------------
by the way ,soundforge is not a sequencer ,and acid is loop-based,

its NOT an alternative to cakewalk at all , like PIRAMIX / cubase / sonar / Nuendo-i installed version 2-so different from the 1-,... i did'nt get 1 note as for now, simply too complicate and no real "score" support (i write scores, can't compose with piano roll ),so i dunno if i'm able to use cubase.
.
what i would need is cakewalk audio with vst(i) support and Asio, a simple but not possible dream.
If u are a guitarist and compose band-stuff ,cakewalk is the easiest on the planet ( you record guitars/voice and use soundfont/midi for keyboard and drum )

No clipping : the strange is th. the Volume get LOW a lot,and flanging.
anyway i 've chosen 0/1 for input (the only 1 available)
and 8/9 for output, do you think its ok like that?or its better for some reason 0/1 for both?

EDIT:OOPS ,i should 've posted that on the DSP section ,sorry..move if u mind
