Sad Midi is out of tune...

Hello all.

I have a "little" problem, my midi is out of tune. I have to pitch it up 1½ step for it to be in tune it with all my samples and Vsti's.
I've switched to another GMSoundFont but it's still out of tune.

Why is it out of tune and how can I solve it?
Thanks.

Two things I can think of;
1. samplerate and audio not both set/converted to 48khz in your audio sequencer/project.
2. your app(s) sends vaulty PitchBend data (hmm,...unlikely but who knows)
