Help a newbie with his midi please :)

I started using the KX drivers because of the latency for recording, but I can't get any midi output in winamp and powertab (guitar music software that outputs the notes via midi).

When I go into winamp, to plugins-midi, there's a whole bunch of devices to choose from like kxSynth, kx Uart, kx Control. I'm not sure what any of these devices represent, but I've chosen all the kx ones and still no sound.

I tried looking on the kx site and google for a midi guide but couldn't find anything helpful. Any suggestions or links would be much appreciated.

Ok I read some more and realized I should have picked synth and loaded some soundfonts first

It's working now
