soundfont synth not available
My system:
Pentium 3, 512MB ram, win98SE. 3 sound cards: 2 live!5.1 and 1 live!value. Once KX drives support multiple sound cards, the total soundfont synth available should be 6 (2 for each card). But using several softwares (cackewalk, Jorgan, midthrouway) only 4 synths are available (2 from sb live!5.1 (B800) and 2 from the sb live!5.1(B000). Where are the synth1 and synth2 from the other card (live!value)?? I can load the soundfonts to 2 synths in each card, but the live!value synth is not available to play. If you can help me, I would apreciate. Thanks any way. Sergio. (Brazil) |

Win98SE supports only a maximum number of MIDI devices!
IIRC, it is something about 10 devices. (including midi mapper and other virtual midi stuff) /LeMury |
