General KX Recording Problem - Please Help.

Hi there

I'm using the KX drivers on an Audigy 2 card. i have my mixing desk plugged into the front phono in's of the card.

My problem is that I can hear anything i put through the desk bleed into an effect. For example when using guitar rig I can hear my original guitar signal blended in with the guitar rig effect.

I know I shouldn't be hearing the original guitar sound and i think there's something wrong with my routing. When I insert guitar rig into my (Sonar) tracks fx bin it should automatically default to 100% wet. When I mute the track i can still here the original guitar source sound.

I'd really appreciate a little advice.

Please tell us your card model number and OS you´re using.
