drop prices 3650 & 3850

according to VR-zone, AMD the prices of the 3650 and 3850 will drop in early March by as much as 20%.
The 3870 will also drop in price, but not that substantial.
The HD 3870 x2 will get a get a new chip to support PCI Express 2.0.
