The benefits of having a good power supply unit is something we have talked about here over and over for the past 4 years and include things such as clean and stable power, good/very good/excellent efficiency, overload protections, and various other aspects which are mostly practical things like the amount of power connectors available and giving you the choice to add/remove cables according to the installed hardware (modular units). Now although many manufacturers are focusing on their latest 80 Plus Platinum certified power supply units Thermaltake decided to also make available to all of you a more "cost-effective" line of power supplies the Toughpower 80Plus Silver line.
