Sweden passes law to ban music and film downloads from internet without royalty

Ok..so they ban it and turn around and do some thing to make more people want to do it?

The biggest effect this has is to crack down on all the Torrent site operators who moved their servers to Sweden. They did this to protect themselves, or at least their sites from being brought down as originally Sweden had no 'real' copyright law that effected users from creating a torrent 'hub' site. Now that this law has been passed it's open season once again on them.
