Blizzard software DOES use spyware!!

My brother sent me this link to interesting find on rootkit.com. Apparently Blizzard is using spyware to spy on users to make sure they are in EULA/TOS. But it has been discovered that it (the spyware) opens and finds everything on your computer compromising anyone's privacy. Here is the link:
