I'm done testing windows 7 for now.

It's way to buggie I can't switch my 2 monitor off or disable it used my main one only. And I want used my word 2002. It's pain in the ass to installed drivers with win 7 now. I wait for beta 2 comes along. I'm going back to xp for now.

what's that about 2 monitors? i'm quite likeing the way win7 is handling monitors... still wish ms would put the refresh rate options right there beside the resolution selection.

as for word 2002... i think you might be hooped.... office 2003 works well in it though.

Office 2002 (Office XP) works fine on my friends machine. If I remember correctly the key is to run it in XP compatibility mode. Updates, on the other hand, have to be done manually. You can't use IE to update Office (at least that's what my buddy said).

That's weird (the monitor stuff). I have two hooked up to mine (22" acer and a 27" hdtv via dvi-hdmi) and they work perfect, I was able to disable, switch at will without a problem on mine..

office 2003 and 2007 seem to work fine on Windows 7
dual-monitor might depend on your video card's drivers
