Page file adjudtments

I was checking to see how much space was being used and what drives it was located on but I got no drives showing up in the windows to make adjustments. Any suggestions

i don't have a win7 machine available to me right now....

but the next thing i'll check is that...

since winvista.. i've never touched the pagefile... winxp i still manually adjust it though

Im not sure what's going on with yours.. its working ok with mine:

have you tried going into set anyway and seeing if anything comes up?

ya i have actually, i wonder if somehow it's tied to me having 8GB of ram.

Hmm well I couldn't test that. I have 6 and havent seen that form of issue, do the drives show up as normal in other areas? like defrag lists and whatnot?

I even did a fresh install today as my previous was an upgrade from Vista x64

yep and all seems fine

Windows only dedicated 8GB to the auto managed one it creates but recommends 12

hmm, you could always take out a stick or two of ram and see if it changes with a lesser value.

Mine is similar, but I havent gotten around to any of that as the performance so far has been fairly stellar.

Submit a bug report to em, let em know what your seeing, maybe its something they can work out or something

It turned out that with AHIC enabled the drives did not show as available once I set the BIOS setting for drives to IDE they became accessible
