Burning Software For Win 7

I'm curious as to what kinda burning software you guys are using with Win 7. I've currently have Nero 7 v7.10 running on my machine.

Re: Burning Software For Win 7

Win 7 has a built-in burner right? Still, I use CDBurnXP in my Win7 Beta...

Re: Burning Software For Win 7

i use win7's built in system.. haven't had an issue.. the only reason i ever used burning software was for burning ISO's.. but now that win7 does it natively, i have no use for any burning software

My free Nero 7 Essentials also don't work with my Win7 Beta. Oh, well. I'll be getting a new office laptop next month and I'll try using Win7 RC and Nero 7 Essentials by then

Mine does work .....

Try the RC or try running the installation under XP SP3 compatibility mode if you have further issues.

Re: Burning Software For Win 7

Tried the XP compatibility mode several times in the past. I don't know where the problem was, so I installed CDBurnXP instead.

I'll try Win 7 RC next month with a new office laptop

indeed.... i was installing nero on a number of machines, but not that win7 includes everything that i every used, why?

Back in the day whenever i wanted to burn an image, or dvd... nero... cause xp only had cd support..

then vista launched and cd/dvd was easy. still needed a img burning program.

now with windows 7...... i'm one program shorter on the list of things i have to install.... excellent.

i've burnt about 50 ISO's in windows 7 since i started using it.

Re: Burning Software For Win 7

But one can't still load an IMG file using just Win7 no? One still needs Daemon or Alcohol?
