"Devices and Printers" in Start Menu

hey guys
the damn thing won't open ... DEVICES AND PRINTERS in the Start Menu under Windows 7 Ultimate x64
Same thing in Control Panel
the window opens but it's blank and nothing loads.................

anyone seen this before?

Nevermind that - seems some sort of Bluetooth service for Logitech (which was off) was conflicting and making the window freeze ... as soon as I put it back on, everything is fine.

Weird how every time I upgrade OS, Logitech stuff is what makes me ask questions ....

Win98SE --> WinXP - Where are the logitech drivers?
WinXP --> Vista - Logitech webcam "not supported" cuz logitech wants us to buy new cams
Vista --> Windows 7 - Logitech bluetooth driver woes
