Thumbs Up! Windows 7 Official thread I got my Win 7 Box.

My 2nd bro gave my my win 7 home editon to my dad today final got in my hands woot. Hard part wait to build my new pc? or MS would let me upgraded on my old pc mother board, or once I upgrade then put on my new motherboard if I ever get it I might email ms about this subject hehe.

I haven't installed on my Intel 865 board yet mate. I'm waiting respond from MS if they let me reactived once I get new mother board for my system later on. I'm still using win 7 build 7229 for long time If I installed now on my currect board I don't know if MS let me reactived it or not on new board?

you can always avoid the hassle by using the slmgr.vbs -rearm code to get 120 days if an upgrade isnt too far off....

Thanks Allan and Kris Should I get new one gig stick for 64 bit? I only have 32 bit xp disk Can you upgrade from 32bit disk to 64bit win 7 since comes both editon one box? right now only I have 1.5 gigs.

You cant directly upgrade from XP to 7 and its impossible to upgrade from 32 to 64bit.
