exclamation mobility modder help plz!!!

help! ive got a dell 1737 with a ati radeon 3650 and i cant get it to work with even driver 8.10 please help me when i go to install the modified driver it never gets past enumerating source media for installable packages i wanna overclock my gpu because dell underclocks it from what ati usually has as stock please please help i cant figure this out i tried using driver sweeper and revo uninstaller to uninstall catalyst but i dont get it it keeps freezing anyone please i wanna play gta4 and this is bogus

Ok, so since you didn't specify whether you have Win7 x32 or x64, I found both drivers. 32-bit & 64-bit
May've been there already, but I'd suggest these drivers first & foremost.

Are you sure the GPU is being underclocked? You might try GPU-Z or Everest to see what speed it's
actually running. Also I hate to be the bearer of bad news but I'm not so sure an HD 3650'd play GTA4
even with overclocking...I have an HD 4850 & I barely managed to get 35 fps in low quality.

It's worth a try, but you'll probably have to upgrade your video card before doing much with GTA4.
Scratch that...the 1737's a notebook isn't it? I dunno what to tell ya bout needing better video there.
