Formatting local disks
hello,
I did reinstal my Windows 7 Ultimate and i did choose 3 partitions... But my D and E partitions (partiton 2 and 3) i cant open... i have to format them... If i click them i get small menu. It asks for allocation Unit size (default its at 4096mb) what should i pick? Thanks |

Hi!
The default isn't 4096mb but 4096 bytes a big difference. Anyway the default size is ok for you. There is really no need to start to messing with it. |

yup... just use the default... format the drives (use the quick format.... don't need to do a standard/long format... that's unnecessary)
