Re: GeForce/ION Driver Release 190.56 Betas. (Vista/Win 7)
NVIDIA keeps upgrading drivers without skipping a beat-or more to the point-without giving any thought to downside impact on most machines. Each time I upgrade the driver, BSOD is sure to follow and I am sick to death of it regular happening. In fact, one a new driver is debugged, I wont change it for months.
Upgraded to Vista was the biggest misktake and I know that I am far from alone. Both GPU and sound cards have haunted my PC. I am hoping that an upgrade to Win7 will smooth out the flight. Any thoughts on a new mid range NVIDIA card for a new PC? Graphics are my deal and if anyone has views, let them fly. |

Currently I'd go with ATI, or wait until the new "fermi" based Nvidia cards start rolling out.
