I had tried Omega drivers along with a few other "modded" drivers as well as the official ones and they made no difference in performance with my old rig so I stopped bothering with them. I tried 3DMark tests as well as demo benchmarks and really only noticed -maybe- 4 or 5 frames difference either way.
