Nvidia NVX-55/280 64mb workstation card and Server2008R2

Hey All! New here and could use some assistance/expertize. Bought the above card for a new server that I'm building and seem to be having a driver issue. Installed with NV96.85 package for Vista x64 and seems to work ok, but with a few glitches. Card manufactured by PNY, and when asked about the driver issue, all they managed to reply was the card not supported for Vista/Win 7. Lot of help. The issue I'm having is the screen flickers periodically and randomly produces a black screen with no graphics, where you have to logoff and log back on to reset the video driver. Annoying. Anyone have a recommendation for another driver that may work better in this scenario, or another recommendation from a similar experience?
