Vista Underclocking with 7.2 on Sapphire x1900xt?

Hey guys, just got vista up and running tonight, however my game performance took a HUGE dump in the process.

Major FPS loss in World of Warcraft on any setting its almost unplayable now. After digging around the catalyst software, it says under information that my card's GPU clocked at 500 and Ram clocked at 594. Umm no?

Checked a friend with an x1800 and his is running at 594 VPU and 693 Ram on windows XP

Anyone ran into this, have any ideas?

BTW: this is on 7.2 CCC package.
