in game i see no difference. but did see it in 3d mark06 - lost some points

I notice a very nice improvement in BioShock and UT3, about 3fps more. That's about 8-9% improvement. Also I have noticed improvement in 3DMark Vantage, about the same, 8-9%.
I don't have any other games installed so I can't tell about other improvements, if there are any.

Avivo video settings seems to stick now. Had problems with them resetting between reboots.
