Alternate Pixel Centre

im trying to run some older games that use 2d backgrounds and im getting a tearing effect on the 2d images when AA is enabled, ccc use to have an alternate pixel centre option to correct this but no longer does on the vista drivers. is there anyway to correct this problem? (apart from turing AA off)

Try to enable Vsync.
