Re: DNA-ATi Vista 8.10

Do these incorporate the Far Cry 2 hotfix performance bonus?

Re: DNA-ATi Vista 8.10

Hi, no they don't as they are based on the 8.10 set and not the FarCry hotfix set.

Re: DNA-ATi Vista 8.10

Thanks for the info
I'll go download them and give 'em a shot, and see how they perform

Edit:
Just ran the Far Cry 2 benchmark (first with the hotfix drivers, then with the DNA drivers), using the standard run that it comes pre-configured for, no AA, but everything else maxed out in DX10 mode.

The hotfix got me 57.99 FPS over the 3 run average.
The DNA drivers gave me 59.57 FPS.

The hotfix maximum FPS average was 82.16
The DNA maximum FPS average was 86.51

The hotfix minimum FPS average was 40.11
The DNA minimum FPS average was 40.72

However, I can no longer choose 59Hz for 1280x720 for my TV, which is the only way for me to get rid of overscan, so it's back down to 1024x768 for now...
