ATI Mobility Radeon HD3470 hardware now shows as HD3450

Just installed latest ATI 9.1 display drivers (only) using MobilityModder on Acer TravelMate 6593 running Vista 32 bit. This updated driver from v8.570 to v8.573 as per release notes.

All seems to be working fine, but Device Manager now shows I have HD3450 hardware. I understand this runs at lower clock speed so my question is will there be any performance degradation?

BTW the device ID of my HD 3470 shows at present as 95C4. This is registered for HD 3400 series but more specifically for HD 3450. I believe that MM may be changing new drivers to reflect this hence error. As this issue is documented elsewhere by several others, will a fix be available in the future?
