Re: Hd 3650

What happens when it crashes? What are you doing when it crashes? What brand is the card? Be more descriptive, so others can gather more information on whatever problem you're having...

Re: Hd 3650

Hi,
not long ago i purchased DELL studio 1737 and i experiencing the same problem - my laptop crashes. When i'm turning on my laptop it works just fine for about 15-20 min. and then it crashes. Sometimes it crashes to blue window (error: irql_not_less_or_equal), but more often the computer OS "freezes", and i cannot do anything (mouse, windows button do not respond and etc.). I think it's because of ATI mobility radeon HD 3650 video card driver, because all my system is works smoothly, but when I install video drivers - it crashes.

I tryed to install newest drivers which can be found on DELL website, driver that I got with my laptop, I tryed to install Mobility Modder, drivers for my video card that are awailable on www.driverheaven.ne website, but it just merely helps (e.g. when i installed ATI_mobility_9.3_vista64_dd.exe driver, computer could run without crashing fo longer period)

I tryed to contact with DELL and ATI, but i heard no response.

Please, could somebody help me.

Thank you in advance
