Having problems with installing driver for HD4670

Hello guys. I'm having problem with graphic card driver. I've bought new graphic card today Gigabyte HD4670, but i have problem with installing drivers.
This is what i get after installed drivers:

I use Windows 7 and i already uninstalled/installed drivers many times.
Don't know what to do know.

Please help =),

is your card PCI-E or AGP ?
