Can I update ATI Radeon X1200

Sorry if this question has been asked already but I did search the topics and could not find an answer. I have a Toshiba Satellite P205D-S7429 with ATI Radeon X1200 version 8.393.0.0. I am trying to play a game and I can hear the music but the screen remains black. I assumed it was my video card but when I went to the AMD website to find an update, my version did not appear. Are these video cards upgradeable? Thanks for any help that you can provide.
