ati radeon mobility hd 3650 drivers problem

Ok im running on vista ultimate 32 on my Asus x56t series
and so far everthing was fine with my drivers but now i dont know what is wrong...
ehem well not so long ago I updated my ati drivers from 8-6 to 9-8 and at first everything was fine but after a while a notice that I cant change my gpu

and im sure its set to power saving (window with current active gpu is blank).
I tried clean instal 9-x and its all the same but when i instal 8-x everything is fine
also I tried mobility modder with 9-x and still nothing
