X700 & Win 7

Hi,

I have the ati radeon mobility x700 (256mb) and I`ve installed windows 7.

My Problem: I don`t have aero support (missing WDDM driver).

I tried windows update -> then I get a driver from Dec. 2008. works but no aero
I tried modded ccc 9.3 (only xp version available) -> Driver date: Feb. 2009. works but no aero
I tried modded ccc 9.8 (win 7 version) -> doesn`t work at all

Can somebody please tell me how I can fix this??

Hi! Did you solve your problem? Yesterday, I faced the same problem with the same device and system. If you solved it, please help me.
