Wow, those are some old drivers... they were posted 1,800 years ago!

How didn't I notice this "update"?

There's a typo on the download page, under "Date Posted" it says "11/17/0209".

Re: ATI Catalyst™ 9.11 Display Driver for Windows Vista/7

Although I use my realtek onboard sound to get sound, I can't make it to work now that I have updated the drivers. While installing I keep getting an error with installing the HDMI audio driver. No media players or windows sounds work, or even games. However if I open the realtek audio manager and click on test, the test works...
What is wrong?
I even tried to install just the hdmi audio drivers that come with the 9.11 and I get the same error message

Re: ATI Catalyst™ 9.11 Display Driver for Windows Vista/7

Issue resolved by installing over the 2.36 version of realtek hd audio drivers...It doesn't make much sense to me, but meh...

Re: ATI Catalyst™ 9.11 Display Driver for Windows Vista/7

I have a new HP Laptop with an ATI Mobile Radeon HD 4650. I used the ATI Mobility Modder so I could install Catalyst 9.11 and was now able to install and use Hydravision! However, I am still unable to install the ATI AVIVO Video Covnverter [AVIVO Video CODECs]. Does anyone know how to get those to install on a laptop with a Mobile Radeon Video Card?

Re: ATI Catalyst™ 9.11 Display Driver for Windows Vista/7

It's nice to see that these drivers STILL haven't fixed the scaling problem in Windows 7 yet on my 3870. They remain greyed-out

It took me all of yesterday to work out how to "maintain aspect ratio" on my HDTV for games. However, I finally managed to change them (even though they remain greyed-out).

Re: ATI Catalyst™ 9.11 Display Driver for Windows Vista/7

Is anyone experiencing low WEI score with 9.11? On 9.10 I got 7.8 in my Win7 WEI score, using 2 5870 in Crossfire. Now with 9.11 I only get 6.0.

I'm getting some weird screen corruption when using dual displays if I enable overdrive (without even actually oc'ing). Its like when I close a window on one display ill notice quick flashing on the other. Anyone notice this?

Re: ATI Catalyst™ 9.11 Display Driver for Windows Vista/7

anil_kumarr << ATI provides mobility Radeon drivers in a package separate from the one for desktops. Unfortunately, these don't get updated as regularly as, but hopefully it won't be too big of a problem. You can find version 9.9 here. If it's important to you to have the latest version, you can also download the desktop version of the driver for Windows 7 from AMD's site and use HH's Mobility Modder to make them work on your laptop.
