Crysis ULPS and Crossfire Bug

I need to tell ATi Crysis locks shortly after loading with ULPS active and the 10.3a driver plus Crossfire X. That's even at stock speeds. With ULPS disabled I can load the game and play it fine as long as I wish. It happens after I load and am poking around in the game user/cp menu. Definitely, a bug. Seems like it's shutting cards 2/3 off and locking my system when I'm in the menu with ULPS active. Yes that's full screen and not in a window. I'm replaying Crysis because I always wanted to do it all VH

I kinda of wish ATi would put a toggle button in the OD area that could turn ULPS off and on, or make the option enable/disable under the 3d tab/area.
