HIS Radeon HD2600 PRO IceQ Turbo - Windows 7 x64 fail with install

Guys

I've got a problem with HIS Radeon HD2600 PRO IceQ Turbo 256 MB GFX card under Windows 7 x64 Professional. Card is fully efficient, runs perfectly with with drivers from Windows Update - but them lacks OpenGL support, and it's problem for me (QuakeLive lover ). When installing Catalyst drivers with or without CCC I've got BSOD with atimkdag.sys and nothing more.... After restart I can't boot into Windows and I must remove drivers in Safe mode. I've tried DriverSweeper, tried to hard remove Microsoft driver from system, no effect. Tried Catalyst vesrions from 9.8 to 10.5..... Any ideas?

System is not overclocked, CPU is Phenom 9550 and Foxconn motherboard based od AMD790FX chipset

drivers from microsoft sucks...
Boot in Safe Mode and use DriverCleaner.Net to clean the ati drivers...then do a restart in normal mode and use a registry cleaner (i recommend CCleaner) to clean out the trash from the windows registry, then do another reboot to your PC and install the latest driver from ATI's official site.
